A woman has shared a list of celebrities she claims have rejected her on Raya, a membership-based app that can be used for dating.
According to its official website, Raya aims to create a safe community where people around the world can “meet and connect with others.” However, to gain access to Raya, users must complete a short application and pay a membership fee if accepted.
As many celebrities have said they have used Raya as a dating app, a woman named Riley (@rileyfauria) shared a series of TikTok videos about the stars on it rejecting her.
In her first clip, Riley started calling out Chris Rock before joking that she’s now “on Team Will Smith.” This was a nod to the actor, who made headlines for beating Rock on stage at the Oscars last March.
Next, she listed “Chris Rock’s little friend David Spade” as she claimed that “Adam Sandler is better” than Rock and Spade.
Riley shared other stars who disagreed with her on Raya, including Diplo, Brody Jenner, Ethan Cutkosky and Drew Starkey.
In the caption, noting that she’s encountered many celebrities on the app, she wrote, “I could do about 100 videos about Raya. I clearly have beef with this app.”
As of June 16, Riley’s video has more than a million views, with TikTok users sharing their experiences with Raya in the comments and expressing how they hope to see celebrities on it.
“I was also rejected by 100% of these men,” one wrote.
“I was hooked up with a soccer player in Poland with a million followers just to google him and he’s married with kids,” claimed another.
A third person joked: “Girls can you drop the referral code because I want to be rejected by them too.”
In a second video, Riley listed even more celebrities who have allegedly turned her down. She began by describing “the guy from The office,” referring to BJ Novak. She went on to mention Bryce Vine, Mike Posner, Trever Noah, Julian Edelman and Charlie Puth.
In her third video, she said that John Mayer, Tom Felton, Zedd, Tyler Cameron and Nick Kroll were also among the men who never agreed with her.
“I think I should probably stop doing that,” she said at the end of the clip. “I’m really, really opening up some old wounds right now.”
Riley later shared her fourth and final part of the series on TikTok, where she noted how a famous TikToker, Aaron Maternowski, @curlyfuq, rejected her.
According to Riley, Zane Hijazi and either Nat or Alex Wolff, the brothers who starred in the Nickelodeon series The Naked Brothers BandHe had turned her down too.
