Soap stars partied late into the night on Saturday 11 June following the British Soap Awards 2022.
Many of those attending the awards ceremony continued the event at the awards ceremony after-party at Hackney Town Hall, with many of the nation’s favorite soap stars either celebrating their wins or regretting their losses after the ceremony.
Emmerdale was a big winner that night, snagging the award’s coveted Best Soap trophy, but they were also joined by stars from Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and EastEnders, who also had victories to celebrate on the night.
Coronation Street’s Georgia Taylor was spotted laughing with friends after the ceremony.

EastEnders star Jessie Wallace, who plays Kat Slater on the soap opera, also appeared to be enjoying the party.
The star wore a loose-fitting, glittery top with white pants for the event, but by the end of the night had shed her heels and was walking barefoot in the street outside the venue.
She was spotted leaving the party with Lauren Socha, best known for her role as Kelly Bailey in E4’s Misfits.
Lauren also swapped her heels for something more comfortable as she left the venue in a pair of pink sandals.
The two actresses were seen crossing their arms and cracking jokes as they made their exit together.
Hollyoaks’ Chelsee Healey, who plays Goldie McQueen, continued the trend of shedding her heels and was spotted walking the streets barefoot after shedding her swaying stilettos.
Earlier in the night, Chelsee was paraded on the red carpet in her stunning shoes with her co-star Jennifer Metcalfe, who plays Mercedes McQueen.
However, on the night after she lost the Best Comedy Performance nomination to EastEnders’ Tameka Empson, who plays Kim Fox, Chelsee was disappointed.
Corrie’s Richard Hawley also suffered some disappointment on the night after the Johnny Connor actor lost the Scene of the Year award to the story of Hollyoaks’ ‘Misbah Didn’t Consent’.
Richard didn’t let the loss spoil his spirits and enjoyed the party with a beer and a cigarette in hand.
Outside the soap world, Billie Faiers looked dapper and she was spotted walking out of the awards in her stunning pink ball gown.
The former TOWIE star was still looking fresh as she made her exit after partying with the country’s most popular soap stars.
The cast of Emmerdale won big that night when they took home the Best Soap Award.
After a night of excitement, celebration and a few surprises, which also included Paige Sandhu winning Best Actor, the cast and crew of Emmerdale were over the moon to win the crowning award as they also celebrate 50 years on the air.
It was an epic night for Emmerdale as Marlon Dingle actor Mark Charnock took home best acting performance for his particularly difficult storyline last year after Marlon sadly suffered a stroke.
Crazy villain Meena Jutla also captured the hearts of viewers when actress Paige won Best Actress.
The star was stunned when he won her role as the insane serial killer Meena, who murdered three people in the sleepy village.
Doctors won best episode while Hollyoaks won the gong for best storyline.
