When the Duffer Brothers announced that stranger things Season 4 will be split into two volumes, they have confirmed there will be nine episodes in total. The first volume consisted of seven episodes, so Vol. 2 will contain the last two episodes, and they are quite long.
If you think Vol. 2 is too short because it only has two episodes, don’t worry. Each of the last two episodes will have a long run, according to Matt Duffer, who narrated it The wrap that episode 9 is “a long movie” – about almost 2.5 hours long. The eighth episode will have a running time of approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.

What will be the plot of stranger things Season 4 Vol 2?

The total running time of the last two episodes of the Stranger Things season is just under four hours, which means the Duffer brothers have packed a lot into them.
Hawkins’ gang is scattered across the world thanks to the conflict between Joyce, Hopper and Murray in Russia, while other groups are busy running other business at the same time. It’s likely that the final two episodes will bring them all together for Season 4’s final showdown. It’s likely we’ll see her face off against Vecna, who was revealed to be One (001), the first super-powered child kidnapped in by Dr. burner in the laboratory.
001 had been experimented on and microchipped, with his blood later being used to breed a group of children with supernatural powers, including Eleven. It’s likely that we’ll see Eleven face Vecna again, and it’s up to the gang to help her complete her mission in Upside-Down.
Matt Duffer told EW: “The biggest thing that’s going to happen is [the show is] I’m going to open up a bit.” He added, “Not necessarily in terms of scale, in terms of special effects, but open up to allow storylines into areas outside of Hawkins.”
Some of the stranger things Stars also get plenty of camera time in Volume 2, like Sadie Sink who plays Max. “This is an anthemic season for Max and Sadie Sink in so many ways,” Levy said EW. “The fourth episode, without revealing anything about later episodes in Volume 2, is a core episode for Max.”
Levy also revealed that there’s a lot of emotion in the last two episodes: “There’s already so much talk about the scope, scope and duration of Season 4, but I love the fact that she’s also huge at heart and at heart That’s always been the real superpower of this show,” he said EW. “If it was just a spectacle, it wouldn’t be a global phenomenon with characters we support with so much emotion and heart. As big and cinematic as Season 4 has become, and it will continue in Book 2, it fills this heart.”
