The Kroger Wellness Festival is taking over The Banks in Cincinnati this weekend. Here’s everything you need to know. When is it? Running from 11am to 7pm on September 23rd and 24th, the festival will feature celebrity fitness challenges, live cooking demonstrations, concerts, a fun zone for the whole family, product tastings and healthcare industry experts. The celebrity lineup includes country musician Carrie Underwood, who will lead special training with her trainer, Eve Overland. Cookbook author Chrissy Teigen will host a 30-minute cooking segment with her mother, Pepper Teigen. Abby Wambach, two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA World Champion, will lead a conversation and Q&A followed by a meet and greet. Country music group the Eli Young Band will also be in attendance, with a performance on September 23, followed by multi-platinum band Fitz and The Tantrums on September 24. A number of other notable names will also be in attendance including Olympic gold medalist Dominique Dawes, Bravo “Top Chef” celebrity and restaurateur, chef Brian Malarkey and bodybuilder, trainer and little person Allison Warrell, among others. Which streets will be closed?

The following road will remain closed until 10 a.m. on Sunday, September 25:

  • Freedom Way – closed to through traffic between Elm Street and Marian Spencer Way
  • Marian Spencer Way – closed to through traffic south of second street (receive garage access)
  • Theodore M. Berry Way – closed east of the roundabout
  • Second Street – closed between Elm Street and Walnut Street/ Marian Spencer Way
  • Race road – closed south of Third Street (Garage access maintained from Freedom Way)
  • Vine Street/Rosa Parks Street – closed south of Third Street (Garage access maintained from Freedom Way)
