He may be tiny as Ant-Man in Marvel’s Cinematic Universe, but actor Paul Rudd really has a big heart after it was revealed he wrote a letter to a 12-year-old boy who was being teased by his classmates.
Back in May, mother Cassandra Cooper shared on Facebook that her son Brody only allowed two teachers and two classmates to write in his school yearbook.
“[This is] although Brody asked all sorts of kids to sign it. So Brody took it upon himself to write to himself. My heart is broken.
“Teach your children kindness,” she wrote.
Beside the text was a photo from the yearbook showing a message from Brody saying he hopes “you make more friends.”
The heartbreaking news soon went viral online, and Cassandra has since shared updates about Brody, including a group of older students who stepped in to write messages in his yearbook instead.

He also got word from the Broadway cast of Dear Evan Hansen as well as goodies from GoPro and CVS Pharmacy.
But arguably the most famous message came from Rudd, following a video call between him and the youngster in June.
Days later, Cassandra shared another update, revealing that the superhero star “had broadcast [Brody] something” in the post, with the couple now “on texting terms”.
A letter to Brody said: “It was great talking to you the other day. It’s important to remember that even when life is tough, things will get better.
“There are so many people who love you and think you’re the coolest kid there is – I’m one of them! I can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish.
“Your buddy, Paul.”
We don’t cry, you cry.
Another photo, accompanying the Facebook update, revealed that Rudd had sent the student his own Ant-Man helmet, with a message about how he was for “his good friend Brody when he takes on the world.” “.
Though the wholesome interaction happened back in June, the story was trending on Twitter on Friday — and the internet couldn’t handle it:
Paul and Brody, greetings.
