Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are selling their Los Angeles mansion for a whopping $18 million.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the 73-year-old rock legend and his manager wife, 69, have launched the sprawling six-bedroom, nine-bathroom Hancock Park property after owning it for seven years.
In 2015, the couple, who recently celebrated their 40th anniversary, bought the home for $11.85 million from ‘Saw’ producer Oren Koules.
It features a red cinema and a large pool with a jacuzzi.
The Black Sabbath star recently underwent life-defining surgery and Sharon said Ozzy was dying to return to England following his recent surgery.
She said: “He’s fine, he sends you his love. He has one more operation to do and then he can’t wait to go home.”
And Ozzy admitted rising taxes in the US were part of the reason for the move.
He said: “We’re leaving LA. We’re a little sad. But the tax is getting too high. I’m sad because I really love staying and living there.”
The ‘Dreamer’ hitmaker is also planning to convert a barn into a recording studio.
He added: “I’m taking my recording studio with me. I will build a barn there and set up my own studio at Welders. I’ll still be making music and my band will be over.”
The ‘Paranoid’ hitmaker is recovering at home and preparing to release a new solo album, ‘Patient Number 9’, in September.
In an update shared on social media, Ozzy said: “I’m home from the hospital now and recovering comfortably.
“I definitely feel the love and support from all of my fans and I send a big thank you to everyone for their thoughts, prayers and well wishes during my recovery.”
Sharon revealed that her husband is “doing well” and also thanked everyone for their kind words.
In an update to her Instagram Story, she wrote, “Our family would like to express so much gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love and support that led to Ozzy’s surgery!
“Ozzy is fine and on the mend! Your love means the world to him.”
She previously explained that her spouse was headed for “a very big surgery.”
Without specifying the procedure or the nature of it, Sharon had said: “[Ozzy] has a very big operation on Monday and I have to be there.
“It’s really going to define the rest of his life.”
Ozzy has Parkinson’s disease and previously suffered a bad fall and dislodged metal bars in his spine after a quad bike accident in 2003.
