Apparently a good shot, the Ohio State pistol team won its third straight Intercollegiate Pistol Championships title Saturday in Anniston and Talladega, Alabama.
Not only did OSU take the team title, but Katelyn Abeln took first place overall in the three-round and air pistol events, while Maria Tsarik was the individual winner in the sport pistol and standard pistol events. Ohio State has won a total of eight open and national pistol competition titles since 2000. That’s a dominating run if we’ve ever heard of one.
