The Microsoft Store has been recognized as the #1 video streaming service in the country by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) organization.

ACSI surveyed 23,000 random customers and rated app quality, service reliability, usability, performance and stability, and content catalog quality.

Microsoft Store took first place with 79 points, compared to 78 points for Disney+ and Paramount+, 77 points for YouTube TV, 75 points for Hulu, and 74 points for Amazon’s Prime Video and Netflix.

Apple TV+ ended up at the bottom of the list with a score of 69.

“Today reflects the passion, hard work and dedication of so many people at Microsoft working on both the Microsoft Movies & TV service and our Microsoft Store on Windows,” said Dametra Johnson-Marletti, Corporate VP, Microsoft Stores category management.

“The Microsoft Movies and TV service spans all Windows and Xbox devices, but particularly in our Store on Windows, we have increased our focus on putting the customer and customer choice at the heart of the experience. We’ve thought about every step along the way, from marketing new and cataloged content, to service availability and quality, to unique programs and offers that customers love, and we’ve tried to cover all the bases for entertainment fans. Along with our engineering team, we are delighted to have our joint efforts recognized.”
