James Argent shows results of 14 stone weight loss on short vacation in Spain

TOWIE actor James ‘Arg’ Argent flaunts his incredible weight loss while on holiday in Spain.

The 34-year-old reality TV looks dapper as he has breakfast with a pal at Café Boulevard in Cala De Mijas

He was snapped in his holiday attire, sporting a branded Versace t-shirt, a pair of plaid shorts and neutral color sliders.

He embarks on a summer of singing with his band at the Olivia’s venue.

He’s just returned from a luxurious trip to the Bahamas, a reward for the hard work and dedication he’s put into overhauling his lifestyle.

The star has lost a whopping 14 stone in weight over the past year.

Last April, he underwent gastric bypass surgery that changed his life.

Arg was warned by doctors about his weight, reaching 27 stone before the emergency, posing a dangerous risk to his life.

He has kept fans updated on his weight loss journey for the past 14 months.

Arg has also undergone a sculpting treatment at the Thérapie Clinic, which offers a muscle building and fat reduction treatment.

This is said to be the equivalent of 20,000 crunches.

He has even revealed that doctors say he has lost too much weight and needs to regain some weight.

“The only problem now is that I’ve lost a bit too much weight and need to gain half a stone,” Arg said The sun in February. “Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever get into this situation, but for me it’s either way – it’s just me!”

After gastric sleeve surgery, Arg struggled with not being able to use food as a crutch to get him through difficult times.

Unfortunately, he turned to alcohol and drugs, causing his addiction to relapse in February 2022.

The former TV star had to turn to professionals and for a time attended rehab six days a week.

After working through his demons, Arg is in a happier and healthier place.

Those around him couldn’t be prouder of Arg’s progress.

Even his ex-girlfriend’s mother Lydia Bright, 31, gushed over his accomplishments in an Instagram post.

Sharing one of Arg’s videos on her Instagram story, Debbie Bright wrote, “I really couldn’t be prouder honey you’re a superstar.”

Although the couple split in 2016 and she allegedly caught him using drugs during a post-rehab relapse, they got back together and posed in a sweet snap during Arg’s performance at popular Essex restaurant Sheesh.

He took to the stage with his new band, backed by celebrities like Ferne McCann, Billie Faiers and Megan McKenna.
