HBO Max PS5 app finally gets 4K streaming update

That HBO Max PS5 app can now view movies and TV shows 4K Resolution thanks to a new update.

To access the new dedicated app on PS5, the HBO Max PS4 app must be launched. At this point, users will be asked if they want to switch to the new app.

Once the new PS5 HBO Max app has launched, users will be prompted to re-enter their account details to get started.

After launching in May 2020, HBO Max has not only had tentpole movie releases like The Batman, Joker, The Matrix Resurrections, and more, but also hot real estate TV shows like Tokyo Vice, Harley Quinn, and more.
