Photographers and TV camera crews crowded Spacey as he arrived for the preliminary hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court in London.
Spacey sat in the glass-fronted dock during the half-hour hearing and stood up to give his full name – Kevin Spacey Fowler – as well as his date of birth and an address in London.

“After reports suggested that Amber Heard was cut entirely from the second Aquaman film, titled Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, the actor’s rep has denied it. Publications such as ‘Just Jared’ had announced that a new actor would be cast as Heard’s character, Mera.
Now, a Heard rep told Variety, “The rumor mill continues as it has from day one – inaccurate, insensitive and slightly insane.”
Heard made a brief appearance in 2017’s Justice League in the role of Mera, a princess from the underwater kingdom of Xebel, alongside Jason Momoa’s half-human, half-Atlantean superhero. She then went on to have a starring and female lead role in the standalone Aquaman film, directed by James Wan, which was released in 2018.”

During closing arguments in a California civil lawsuit, Cosby’s attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, said plaintiff Judy Huth and her attorneys “didn’t come close to proving their 50-year-old, he-said-she-said case.”
After a judge read them their orders today, the jury must rule on the truth of Huth’s allegations and whether Cosby’s actions caused her emotional distress, which resurfaced in 2014 and lasted until 2018 when he went to prison, as reported in Huth’s complaint is called. ”
