Ahead of this year’s highly anticipated EXIT Festival, the two-time winner of the Best Major European Festival Award and one of the world’s leading cultural, social and entertainment events will launch two new NFT collections on June 20th and 21st. After selling out the first HEADPHONE NFT collection in record time in May, EXIT continues into the Metaverse, collaborating with famous model, pilot and human rights activist – CHRISTINA CARMELA and superstar DJ and producer – MACEO PLEX. The new EXIT NFT collections combine state-of-the-art digital art with spectacular real-life experiences, making them unique in the NFT world. EXIT’s NFTs also provide access to the Metaverse, where the festival experience is enhanced and universally accessible, connecting virtual and physical communities.
“We will always strive to provide the best possible real-world experience as we firmly believe that human connection and energy can never be replaced. We see the metaverse as a complement to, but in no way a substitute for, human experience. That’s why we use digital technology to amplify the real-world experience while combining the best of both worlds. And that’s just the first step; We are taking our journey even further,” explains Dusan Kovacevic, the founder and CEO of Exit Festival, and continues: “We are passionate about strengthening community connections and promoting synergy between people. Our mission is to bring the artists, music industry professionals and key stakeholders together and organize as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) within the Metaverse. We believe that the future lies in this unity, and our goal is to go into the Metaverse together. Stay tuned because you’ll be hearing a lot more about it soon,” says Kovacevic, who was recently named one of the most influential figures in European music and events.
The SHADES collection, created with MACEO PLEX, one of electronic music’s biggest stars, will be launched on World Music Day – June 21st. The WINGS collection, which was created in collaboration with model, pilot and human rights activist CHRISTINA CARMELA, drops the day before, on June 20th. On the same day, a limited number of new items available for embossing will be added to the previously sold-out HEADPHONES collection.
All EXIT collections contain unique live experiences in addition to unique digital art. Depending on their respective rarity, the NFTs offer their owners access to exclusive, secret and VIP zones at EXIT Festival, access to the iconic mts Dance Arena stage, meet & greets with global music stars, as well as private parties such as merch boxes, exclusive video and audio content and airdrops! The NFTs also include digital fashion items, Maceo Plex sunglasses, and Christina Carmela wings to dress up on your Metaverse avatar.
All collections are available for purchase on the eco-friendly SolSea NFT Marketplace. “We have partnered with Exit Festival, one of the leading music festivals in the world, to bring more artists and audiences to the world of NFTs as we believe the future is on Web3,” says Vitomir Jevremovic, Founder of SolSea NFT Marketplace. adding, “SolSea has been making waves in the Web3 space with a focus on setting new standards for NFTs.”
