It was next bought by Britney Spears, a time when she was writing her Grammy-winning song “Toxic” and lived there for four years. Penthouse highlights include a 400-square-foot outdoor deck, a wet bar in the master suite, and a fully functional wood-burning fireplace. If you’re thinking of a remodel, the fifth bedroom could be added, repurposing the roof cave with a bath that opens onto the large deck with enviable views over Greenwich Village and the Empire State Building.
