After returning to screens Thursday night, pawnbroker Dan Hatfield was joined on the show by guest Kathryn.
Kathryn had brought back a “nice” watch – which she hoped to confirm was a real Rolex and rake in a lot of money.
The watch had belonged to a nursing home resident named Lou, who sadly died of coronavirus last year.
Kathryn – who had cared for Lou before her death – received the watch from his wife after his tragic death.

The guest was stunned when antiques expert Dan informed her that the watch was a “really rare” Rolex.
Kathryn continued to share the emotional story of how the watch was gifted to her while working in a nursing home tea room.
She then sobbed as she explained that Lou was one of 20 residents who died from Covid last year.
And Kathryn wasn’t the only one who burst into tears as Joanna Lumley and Duncan James were also seen bursting into tears.
At the heartbreaking moment, viewers took to Twitter to express their thoughts on the sad scene.
Alongside a series of sad emojis, one person wrote: “What a heartbreaking story. I’m already in tears.”
Echoing her comments, someone else said, “Gogglebox never fails to make me cry — whether it’s with laughter or sadness.”
While a third remarked: “I’m apparently not the only one breaking down in tears. Joanna Lumley and Duncan James are just as emotional as I am!”
After studying the watch, Dan confirmed it was a “really rare” model – worth more than Kathryn’s target of £3,000.
“The offer I want to make you is £15,550,” Dan told Kathryn as she sobbed even harder at the revelation that it was a Rolex Oysterquartz.
“I never expected this in a million years and really thought it might be fake,” she continued. “I’m sick. It’s a lot of money.”
Kathryn resold the watch and called Christine to tell her they were going to New York together to commemorate Lou.
