The maiden voyage continues: After spending the last few seasons as a full-time team in NASCAR CRAFTSMAN® Truck Series, AM Racing will begin its maiden journey in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this season with driver Brett Moffitt for the full 33-race tour which continues with Explore The Pocono Mountains 225 in Pocono, Pennsylvania on Saturday afternoon.
Saturday afternoon’s race signifies the second race of the second half of the 2023 Xfinity Series season for the Statesville, North Carolina-based organization.
Future-oriented: While AM’s Xfinity maiden voyage is set to continue at the track dubbed the New York of the South, the team has chosen veteran driver Brett Moffitt to lead the team’s campaign from the driver’s seat aboard the Ford. Mustang #25.
Moffitt, a native of Grimes, Iowa, hails many starts in NASCAR’s three national series, including the 2018 Truck Series championship with Hattori Racing Enterprises.
Moffitt, 30, arrives at AM Racing after a stint with Our Motorsports.
Intel Partner: The Statesville, North Carolina-based team will sport AM Technical Solutions signage on the #25 Ford Mustang for the 19th of 33 NASCAR Xfinity Series races this season.

Morning Minutes: Last weekend was another busy summer weekend for AM Racing.
In addition to the NASCAR Xfinity Series team in action at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, AM Racing’s ARCA Menards Series team roared into action at Iowa Speedway with driver Christian Rose.
On his ARCA debut in Iowa, Rose capitalized on his ninth-place qualifying efforts aboard his No. 32 Tourism in West Virginia | Secure Testing Services The Ford Mustang raced to sixth place in the 150-lap race before a tight race car settled the West Virginia driver to a career-best seventh in the ninth race of the 2023 season.
Iowa’s finish marked the fifth top 10 in the last six races for the Statesville, North Carolina-based team.
This weekend at Pocono Raceway, AM Racing will feature an entry in the ARCA Menards Series, NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series respectively.

Brett Moffitt Xfinity Series Pocono Circuit Stats: Saturday afternoon’s Explore The Pocono Mountains 225 will mark Moffitt’s fourth start in the 2.5-mile triangle.
In his previous three efforts, Moffitt had one top 10, two top 15s and three top 20s. started 18th for Our Motorsports.
In addition to his three previous Xfinity Series races, the popular driver also has two NASCAR Cup Series starts at the Pennsylvania circuit to coincide with four NASCAR CRAFTSMAN® Truck Series starts in Keystone State.
Brett Moffitt Xfinity Series Speedway Stats: At NASCAR Xfinity Series tracks rated as speedways over 2.0 miles in length, Moffitt has made 20 starts throughout his career, earning two top fives and six top 10s. He also holds an average finish position of 16.2.
Brett Moffitt NASCAR Xfinity Series Career Stats: In 102 career starts in the Xfinity Series, Moffitt has earned three top fives and 28 top 10s, including a second-place finish at Daytona (Florida) International Speedway in February 2021. During this tenure, he also holds an average finishing position of 17.4.
He earned a fourth career Xfinity Series qualifying effort earlier this year at Las Vegas, Nev. Motor Speedway with AM Racing.
In addition to 101 Xfinity Series starts, he has completed 45 NASCAR Cup Series and 92 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN® Truck Series to his credit.
New Hampshire Motor Speedway | Ambetter Health 200 Race Recap: At the final NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway, Brett Moffitt and AM Racing chased their fifth top 10 of the season.
On their only 1.054-mile highway trip, Moffitt capitalized on his 12th-place finish in qualifying aboard the #25 AM Technical Solutions Ford Mustang to hover in the top 15 for the majority of the race.
A series of late-race cautions saw Moffitt battle for his fifth top 10 of the year and despite a chaotic final lap, Moffitt took ninth place to claim his second top 10 in the last three races.
More importantly, Moffitt gained ground in his bid to capture one of the top 12 NASCAR Xfinity Series playoff spots.
In 18 races this season, Moffit has delivered one top five, five top 10s, 12 top 15s, 13 top 20s and a 15.7 average.
From the Pit Box: Industry veteran Joe Williams is Brett Moffit’s crew chief.
He will be crew chief for his 117th NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Saturday and his fourth at the 2.5-mile, three-corner triangle facility in Long Pond, Pennsylvania.
In his 116 previous NASCAR Xfinity Series starts, he’s had one win (Auto Club Speedway | Feb 2022), eight top five finishes and 26 top 10 finishes.
