Australian gaming streamers team up to raise funds for vital cancer research

Cure Cancer’s Game On Cancer initiative is recruiting and rallying superhero streamers of all shapes and sizes to raise funds for life-saving cancer research for the third year in a row.

Cure Cancer is bringing together streamers of all shapes and sizes to raise funds for life-saving cancer research in its third Game On Cancer event, sponsored by iconic gaming brands like HyperX and Elgato.

You can join as an individual or as part of a team to fight the good fight and support this amazing cause. Registrations will run from National Superhero Day on Friday April 28, 2023 through Wednesday May 31, pledging your support for some real life superheroes, the Cure Cancer researchers who strive to find cures for all different types of cancer. Once you sign up, go live and have fun and fundraising in your community.

HyperX and Elgato support the campaign by sponsoring fundraising teams with appropriate donations. Team Elgato is led by Twitch Partner and Red Bull player IAmFallFromGrace and Twitch Partner and qualified fitness professional FitForPurpose, and Team HyperX is led by regular Game On Cancer fundraiser Camomo_10. Additionally, other fundraising teams are led by popular GTA streamer HeyImZed, longtime Game On Cancer supporter, tech creator and game streamer Nicktacula, and goto.game’s JackHuddo.

While the cause is worthy in its own right, fundraisers can also earn great prizes from donor companies for reaching various fundraising milestones:
