OfflineTV, commonly abbreviated as OTV, is among the most watched groups of content creators on Twitch and YouTube. As of 2017, OTV quickly gained popularity largely thanks to her League of Legends Contents. OTV has accumulated millions of followers combined on personal channels in recent years and has seen immense growth.
OTV has been known to split its content into unofficial “seasons,” which typically involve brief content breaks and notable periods of turnover within the group and support crew. As there have been four seasons since the group’s inception, OTV has seen a staggering roster of content creators and streamers. Though many of the group’s longest-standing members have remained involved with OTV to some extent, the current lineup of creators has changed remarkably.

Current OTV members
Although OTV employs many content directors, managers and other related staff who are integral to the team’s content creation process, these are the current active talents for the organization.
- Scarra – Co-founder of OTV since 2017
- Pokimane – Co-founder of OTV since 2017
- LilyPichu – Founding member since 2017
- DisguisedToast – Joins within months of its formation in 2017
- Yvonnie – House manager since 2018
- Michael Reeves – Joined in 2020
- Quarter Jade – Joined in 2021
- Masayoshi – Joined in 2021
- Sydeon – joining in 2021
Former OTV members
OTV has a long list of alumni leaving at various times in the group’s history and for many reasons. Although many of the members of this list still frequent OTV’s content and are associated with the organization, they are no longer official members of the content creators group.
- BasedYoona – Originally joined in 2017, left soon after due to scheduling conflicts
- Fedmyster – Joined in 2017 as a cinematographer and editor, but later moved to the content creator role. Removed due to sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior towards other members of the group.
- PokeLawls – Tried to join as the first roster in 2017 but failed to get a visa.
- MarkZ – Fedmyster joined as a director in 2017 and took on the role in 2019.
- Xell – Fedmyster joined as producer in 2017 and took on the role in 2019.
- EdisonParkLive – Joined in 2018 but left in 2019 to pursue streaming independently.
- SleightlyMusical – Joined in 2018 but was removed from the house following a cheating scandal.
- AriaSaki – Joined in 2018 as a home cook and personality, but left in 2019 due to scheduling conflicts.
