90 day fiance Star Deavan Clegg and her family have continued to keep fans and followers updated about her life despite not appearing on the TLC franchise for a while. While she provided a positive update on the completion of their custody proceedings With ex-husband Jihoon Lee, fans received a devastating update about her Infant son Taeyang not long after. weeks now after his cancer diagnosis of B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia went public, Clegg’s mother Elicia thanked the supporters and shared a promising update on Taeyang’s health.
As the Clegg family continues to accept donations on GoFundMe for Taeyang’s cancer treatment, Elicia Clegg shared a positive update on the crowdfunding campaign page on how things are going on that front. Based on the latest update, it sounds like Taeyang’s chemo and more is going as well as one could hope, all things considered. In her words:
Week 3, 20 days since diagnosis: Taeyang was allowed to play outside with his sister. Today he had a different treatment (Monday really sucks for him) and he’s taking it like a champ. He was a little scared, but so far he seems to be coping with the chemotherapy very well. And even though his hair is thinning, he still has hair… fingers crossed. Deavan, his mother, my baby, told me we have BIG news. He now has zero cancer cells in his blood…YES!!! Of course we’re still waiting for the bone marrow results and we understand that his last test showed 96% cancer cells… BUT… we have hope. His platelet counts are great and apart from being extremely tired he seems to be fighting so well. Thank you all for the love and support!!!!
Taeyang is in the middle of a two-year treatment process, but according to previous updates, he has a high success rate of reaching full recovery status in five years. Hearing that things are going so well so soon after starting his treatment is very encouraging for everyone involved, including viewers who watched Taeyang in his infancy 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.
A great mystery still surrounds this situation, at least when it comes to them 90 day fiance Fans, is when Jihoon Lee is aware of the situation. Deavan Clegg offered a somewhat mixed message whether he knows about his son’s illness or not, and his Instagram account hasn’t had any new posts for a while. Lee no longer has custody of his son following the conclusion of the court case and removed all evidence of his marriage from Deavan and Taeyang from his side. Still, many fans are wondering if he doesn’t know what exactly is happening, or if Deavan is right when he says that despite being aware of the situation, he doesn’t want anything to do with his child.
The good news overall is that Deavan Clegg seems to be doing whatever it takes to provide Taeyang with the best care, and it seems so 90 day fiance Spectators are willing to help too. Clegg recently explained that she asked for donations for Taeyang’s treatment because her legal fees for the custody battle took up most of the money available, which presumably related to the money she made from her time on reality television. Clegg performed mainly 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, which chronicled her marriage to Jihoon Lee and eventual move to South Korea. The couple eventually split after she returned to America to visit family, effectively ending her time in the franchise.
As previously mentioned, Deavan Clegg is not involved 90 day fiance nowadays, but Discovery+ subscribers can reread their stories there. With new and returning 2022 tv shows With the summer months getting less and more in between, now could be the perfect time to find out why so many people are following this TLC franchise.
