- The The Oceanside Harbor and Beaches Advisory Committee has asked the federal government for advice regarding sea lion activity at the port of Oceanside. Sea lions β which can become aggressive β hang around public docks and prevent boaters from accessing their boats. βThe biggest problem is harbor visitors feeding them,β said committee chair Liz Rhea.
